Exhibitors & Sponsors

Want to personally educate prospective and current adoptive/foster families about your organization or business? Consider joining us as an exhibitor, and spend the day meeting hundreds of families who are anxious to start their foster or adoption process!

Exhibitor tables are limited, and are available on a first-come, first serve basis. Exhibitor tables are exclusively available for child-serving non-profits or businesses, with preference given to child-serving agencies. Commercial and Child Enrichment Exhibitors will be accommodated as space is available. For all exhibitors: cash-sales are not permitted at the Expo, but information may be shared about your products and services.

Acceptable Exhibitors include:

  • Departments of Social Services
  • Foster Care/Adoption Child-Placing Agencies
  • Adoption Legal Services
  • Adoption or Foster Care Advocates
  • Foster Care/Adoptive Parent Support Groups
  • Post-Adoption Support Agencies
  • Child Enrichment (tutoring, mentoring), if space is available
  • Commercial Goods or Services (health insurance, toys, books), if space is available

Exhibitor Table Rates

An exhibitor registration includes a 6-foot rectangular table with table skirt and two chairs.

  • $500.00, Early Bird Rate before February 15, 2017
  • $550.00, after February 15, 2017

Want to have a highly visible role at Expo 2017? Consider sponsoring the Expo! As a sponsor, your branded materials and logos will both be shared at the Expo and included in the Expo “take-home” materials to maximize exposure for your business during and after the event. All sponsors will be mentioned on social media for an even greater reach! Choose from a package below.

Platinum Sponsor – $5,000

  • Listed as Platinum Sponsor in event program
  • Listed on event website as Platinum Sponsor with logo and link
  • Thanked verbally in opening remarks at the Expo
  • Full inside cover page ad in event program

Bronze Sponsor – $1,500

  • Listed as Bronze Sponsor in event program

Want to reach local families with your message? Consider advertising in the Expo program or insert a promotional item in our promo bags! Programs and promo bags will be provided to all Expo Attendees and by extension, shared with attendees’ neighbors and friends after the Expo.

Program Ads

  • $150 for a Half Page Ad
  • $300 for a Full Page Ad

Promo Bags

  • $250 to have one promotional item placed in each Expo promo bag. All attendees receive a promo bag as they enter the Expo.

T-Shirt Ads

  • T-Shirt ads are provided for Sponsors at the levels indicated above.
